Choose a delivery date and time slot at checkout: Morning (10 AM – 1 PM) or Afternoon (1 PM – 6 PM). Designs marked same-day can arrive the same day when you order by 3 PM, Monday to Saturday. Hand-arranged in our Penang studio and delivered directly to the funeral parlour or memorial hall — same-day delivery available for orders before 3pm. Your condolence message is printed on the ribbon banner; leave it in the message box when ordering.
Florals and final design vary with seasonality and availability — the scale and tone stay true to the photo.

When will my flowers be delivered?
Each arrangement is made to order, so please order at least 1 day before your delivery date. Pick the date and a time slot at checkout. Bamboo Green Florist hand-delivers across Penang Island, Seberang Perai, Kulim & Sungai Petani, Monday to Saturday. There is no delivery on Sundays.
How do I keep this arrangement fresh?

What if a flower is not available?
Flowers are seasonal. If a bloom is unavailable, our florist may replace it with flowers of similar quality while keeping the overall look and colour of the design. Fillers depend on availability.
