Can I get same-day flower delivery in KL and Penang?

Yes, on selected flowers. Order by 1 PM for same-day delivery in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Putrajaya, or by 3 PM in Penang, Kulim and Sungai Petani. Same-day runs Mon–Sat, Sunday subject to availability. Browse all same-day flowers, or see same-day flowers in KL and same-day flowers in Penang.

Where do you deliver flowers and cakes?

Flowers are hand-delivered across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Putrajaya, and across Penang Island, Seberang Perai, Kulim and Sungai Petani. Cakes, fruit baskets and balloons are delivered in the Penang area. See Klang Valley delivery areas and Penang flowers.

Can you deliver gifts to Johor, Sabah, Sarawak or other states?

Yes. Personalised gifts and baby gift sets ship by courier to every state in Malaysia: 4–6 working days in West Malaysia and 4–7 working days to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan, once the gift is ready. Hand-delivered flowers and cakes are only available in the Klang Valley and Penang for now. Use the Deliver to filter on any collection to see what reaches your state.

How much is the delivery fee?

Flower delivery costs RM15–RM50 in the Klang Valley and RM20–RM75 in Penang, depending on the recipient's postcode. You see the exact fee in the delivery step before checkout. Couriered gifts cost RM8 in West Malaysia (free on orders from RM200) and RM20 to East Malaysia. Full details are in our shipping policy.

Can I choose the delivery date and time?

Yes. For flowers in the Klang Valley, pick a date and a time slot: early morning (8–10 AM, +RM10), morning (10 AM–2 PM), afternoon (12–6 PM), evening (5–8 PM) or an exact time. Sunday delivery is available. In Penang, choose a morning (10 AM–1 PM) or afternoon (1–6 PM) slot.

How long do personalised gifts take?

Most personalised gifts are made to order: allow about 4–7 working days for the design proof and making, plus courier time (2–3 working days in West Malaysia). Each product page shows its own estimate, so check it before you order for a birthday or event. Shop personalised gifts.

Can I add a card message and send the gift to someone else?

Yes. Write your card message on the product page, then enter the recipient's name, address and phone number at checkout. Each order goes to one address, so place a separate order for each person.
