FAQs
FAQs
When will my flowers be delivered?
Each bouquet is made to order, so please order at least 2 days before your delivery date. Pick the date and a time slot at checkout. We hand-deliver across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Putrajaya. The delivery fee depends on your postcode, from RM15 to RM50.
Why is my hydrangea drooping?
Hydrangeas drink through their petals as well as their stems. If the heads droop, trim the stems and soak the whole flower head in cool water for 30 minutes. It usually perks up again.
What if a flower is not available?
Flowers are seasonal. If a bloom is unavailable, our florist may replace it with flowers of similar quality while keeping the overall look and colour of the bouquet. Fillers depend on availability.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes. Type your message in the Card message box above and we will add it to a free greeting card that comes with the flowers.
