GiftHub brings together gifts from the florists and brands we work with. Each shop prepares and sends its own gifts, so delivery fees and times are set per shop and per gift type. The fee for your gift always shows in your cart or at checkout before you pay. Not sure? Ask Giffy, our gift helper, for the exact rate for any gift.
Flowers (hand-delivered)
Fresh flowers are hand-delivered across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Putrajaya on the date and time slot you choose. The fee depends on the recipient's postcode. Enter it in the delivery step before checkout and the fee is added to your cart. See delivery areas.

Because the flower delivery fee is already in your cart, checkout shows shipping for flowers as "Free". You are not charged twice.
Time slots: Early Morning 8 AM – 10 AM (+RM10), Morning 10 AM – 2 PM, Afternoon 12 PM – 6 PM, Evening 5 PM – 8 PM.
Same-day delivery: available on selected flowers when you order by 1 PM (Malaysia time).

Delivery times start once your gift has been prepared and sent out, and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Ordering from more than one shop
- Gifts may arrive separately. Each shop sends its own items, so they can arrive at different times or on different days.
- Each shop's delivery has its own fee. Courier is charged per shop at the rates above.
- One order goes to one address. To send gifts to different people, please place separate orders.
