When will my flowers be delivered?
This design can be delivered the same day when you order by 3 PM, Monday to Saturday. Pick the date and a time slot at checkout. Bamboo Green Florist hand-delivers across Penang Island, Seberang Perai, Kulim & Sungai Petani, Monday to Saturday. There is no delivery on Sundays.
Why is my hydrangea drooping?
Hydrangeas drink through their petals as well as their stems. If the heads droop, trim the stems and soak the whole flower head in cool water for 30 minutes. It usually perks up again.
What if a flower is not available?
Flowers are seasonal. If a bloom is unavailable, our florist may replace it with flowers of similar quality while keeping the overall look and colour of the design. Fillers depend on availability.
