Getting the delivery details right

Most failed flower deliveries come down to missing details. For offices, add the company name and floor. For condos, add the block and unit number and the recipient's phone number so the rider can get past security. For hospitals, check the ward's rules on fresh flowers first.

Which areas in the Klang Valley do you deliver flowers to?

CC Flora delivers our Klang Valley flowers across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Enter the recipient's postcode in the delivery step before checkout to check that we cover the address. Nine designs can arrive the same day when you order by 1 PM, Monday to Saturday, with Sunday subject to availability.

Can I send flowers to someone without knowing their exact address?

No. We need the recipient's full address and phone number to deliver, so check both before you pay. If you only know the building or office, ask a friend or colleague for the unit number. Add your card message at checkout so the recipient knows who the flowers are from.

Can I add a card message?

Yes. Add your card message at checkout and it will be sent with the flowers. Include your name unless the gift is meant to be anonymous, and keep the message short and personal. For festive occasions such as Deepavali, our wishes guides have short lines you can copy or adapt.

Can I get same-day flower delivery in KL?

Yes, on selected designs. In the Klang Valley, nine CC Flora bouquets can arrive the same day if you order by 1 PM. Same-day delivery runs Monday to Saturday, and Sunday is subject to availability. Other designs need the date you pick at checkout.

How far in advance should you order flowers in the Klang Valley?

For most CC Flora designs, order at least a day ahead: 21 need one day's notice and 10 need two, including the larger rose bouquets and tulips. If it has to be today, choose one of the nine same-day designs and order by 1 PM, Monday to Saturday.

What are the cheapest flowers to send in KL?

The lowest-priced CC Flora options in the Klang Valley are the Single Gerbera Bloom at RM15, and the Amour Red 3 Red Roses Bouquet and Sunshine Chamomile Bouquet at RM68 each. All three are same-day designs, so they can arrive today if you order by 1 PM, Monday to Saturday.
